Honest;y, i am so upset with this concealer,
it is so cakey,  after applying with a brush i still see that it is not blended i have to go over with my fingers to blend.
it causes spots, not only the concealer, studio sculpt foundation does the same.
i emptied my studio sculpt foundation and mixed it with another foundation inside an empty  moisturizer jar, and created my own brand of foundation.

it is very thick and weather conditions also affect this concealer in cold weather it almost freezes and makes it more difficult

What do I say about Ooh La Lift?

 

- If I am paying good money to a product obviously i expect good results, We all do

-  I was very hopeful that it will help to get of my dark circles and bags…

-It is very liquid and almost impossible to apply it once, i applied two – three coats to be able get the product from the bottle.

- Ooh La Lift is really light pink, and when i applied to my under eyes and blend it with a brush, and completed, i was like a walking zombie, so i had to apply loose powder on top of OOH LA LIFT. ( because it is light pink i have a medium skin, it looked so white on me )

- It is obviously for not medium and darker skins

- But this product is good if you use it as a highlighter, or a primer.

- It would be nicer if they do in few more shades, and a bit creamy

- Another advantage is it has a wand, i love the products with wands

- BTW this is not a concealer so it will not cover your circles

MAC COSMETICS BLACKGROUND PAINT POT SWATCHES & REVIEW

I like this paint pot, this is ideal for creating Smokey eyes,  it is enough to draw a simple line to your crease and than blend it with a pencil brush.

it is easy to blend when it is brand new but when you use the half, that’s where our problem starts, it gets difficult to use it because it dries quickly i had to use home made mixing medium to make it as soft as i purchased, but it is common problem with all MAC paint pots, they dry very quickly,

it is not really black black, it is more greyish black

Also to create a Smokey eye , you do not need MAC Black Ground paint pot,  all you need is a soft kohl black liner and than blend it with a pencil brush

It takes a long time to finish it bit i believe buying this paint pot Black Ground is a waste of money,

I will not buy this shade from MAC again.

If we look at the beautiful sight, you can apply various of eye shadow on top the black ground and it will look beautiful, i love using this shade with green.
